You may request a full refund at any time before your copy ships. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Simply email us at birthingwonder@gmail.com with your order details and we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Because The Pregnancy Experience is a one-of-a-kind keepsake with sealed scratch-off panels, we are unable to accept returns on books where any panels have been opened. A revealed experience belongs to that mama's story now — and we'd rather you keep it.
If your book arrives with all panels unscratched and you are not satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
If your book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or refund it in full — your choice. Please email birthingwonder@gmail.com with a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery.
We stand behind our presale. If your book has not shipped within 180 days of your original purchase date for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund. We will proactively reach out to you if we anticipate any delay of this nature, but you are always welcome to contact us at any time.
